The Kings Maiesties intention concerning the setting up of his standard, and levying of warre against both Houses of Parliament; wherein he declares his full resolution therein to both the said houses. Also the parliaments desires to all his Majesties loving subjects, for a meet concurrence with them, to maintain the peace of these kingdoms.
