Tome 3 has title: "DD. NN. Imperatorum augustorum, Cæsarum ac regum S. Imperii Romano-Theutonici recessus, constitutiones, ordinationes et rescripta, ..." and imprint: "Anno M.DC.X. Offenbachi in comitatu Budingensi illustrissimorum comitum Isenburgiorum, in officina Conr. Nebenii excudendum curauit Petr. Kopfius ciuis & Bibliopol. Francofordianus."
Date precedes imprint place and name on title page.
