A form of common prayer, for Gods blessing upon His Majesty, and his dominions, and for the averting of Gods judgments: to be used upon Wednesday April the tenth next ensuing, in all churches and chappels within the cities of London and Westminster, the suburbs and liberties of the same. And upon Wednesday the four and twentieth of the same moneth in all the rest of this His Majesties Kingdom of England, the dominion of Wales, and town of Berwick upon Tweed. Set forth by His Majesties authority.
