First printed edition of the work that eventually became known as Mosaicarum et Romanarum legum collatio; it is here followed, p. 54-65, by several minor items: Modestinus, Regularum lib. III. sub titulo De bonis libertorum et de testamentis (Fontes iuris Rom. Anteiust., pars 2a, p. 450, 1); three Justinian's constitutions (De usuris supra duplum non computandis [= ?], De partiariis solutionibus usurarum in duplum computandis (cf. Kroll Nov. CXXI?), and De alienatione rerum ecclesiasiae Misiae (Kroll Nov. LXV); and two items the title page ascribes to Julian "Antecessor"; added at end (p. 113-115), a text later called "Fragmentum Dositheanum" (Fontes Iuris Rom. Anteiust. II, p. 617 sqq.).
