[Liturgies. Special forms of prayer (General, 1701-12-19)]
A form of prayer, to be used in all churches and chapels throughout the Kingdom of England, Dominion of Wales, and town of Berwick upon Tweed: on Friday the nineteenth day of December next, being the fast-day appointed by proclamation, to be observed in a most solemn and devout manner: for averting of those judgments which our manifold sins and provocations have most justly deserv'd; for imploring a blessing from almighty God upon His Majesty, and all His dominions, and upon the consultations of the ensuing Parliament; and for the preservation of the protestant religion. By His Majesties special command.
