A form of prayer, to be used in all churches and chapels throughout the Kingdom of England, Dominion of Wales, and town of Berwick upon Tweed: on Wednesday the twenty sixth day of May, being the fast-day appointed by proclamation, to be observed in a most Solemn and devout manner: for the imploring of a blessing from Almighty God upon Her Majesty, and Her Allies, engaged in the present war against France and Spain. By Her Majesties special command.
