A form of prayer, to be used next before the prayer in the time of war and tumults, throughout the Kingdom of England, Dominion of Wales, and the town of Berwick upon Tweed, in all churches and chapels, at morning and evening prayer, as often as there is divine service, until the day of the publick fast appointed to be kept on Wednesday, Jan. 12. 1703/4. as also upon the day it self.
