A form of prayer and thanksgiving, to be used on Tuesday the one and thirtieth day of December next, throughout the kingdom of England, dominion of Wales, and town of Berwick upon Tweed: for rendring our most hearty thanks to Almighty God, for the great and wonderful successes vouchsafed this year to the arms of Her Majesty and Her Allies; as also for offering up our supplications to the Divine Majesty, for the continuance of his blessings on the arms of the Queen and Her Allies, both by sea and land, and for restoring peace, safety and prosperity to Her Majesty and Her Kingdoms, and the nations and states in alliance with her. By Her Majesties special command.
