"Amyntor" is by John Toland. Authorship of the Eikōn basilikē was originally attributed to Charles I, but according to Madan (pages 125-33) it was written by John Gauden who probably included some authentic writings of the King.
"Eikōn basilikē" on the title-page has been transliterated from the Greek.
The author of the Vindication was Thomas Wagstaffe.
