Fl.8.07(13)
Plain English: humbly offered to the consideration of His Majesty, and his great council, the Lords and Commons in Parliament assembled.
London : [s.n.], printed in the year, 1690.
[4], 28 p. ; 21 cm. (4to)
Signatures: [A]² B-D⁴ E².
The title-page is set within a double-rule border.
ESTC identifies three different "editions" dated 1690. The relationships between these are complex, as some copies include sheets reprinted with corrections, as in the "second edition". In the present edition, the title-page lacks the Latin quotation. Another bears such a quotation, and a third is described as the "Second edition", but is a partial reprint of the edition with the quotation (sheet B is in the same setting, C and E are in the same setting with the errata corrected and other minor changes, and D has been largely reset), with additional matter.
