In the title "Mr. G." is Peter Gooden, who published his account of a meeting at the "D[ean] of [Saint] P[aul's]" house (which took place in 1671) earlier in 1687 (see ESTC R34918).
Page 8 is signed "... E.S." by Edward Stillingfleet, Bishop of Worcester.
