Anonymous. Wing attributes this work to Thomas Goodwin 1600-1680, but this appears to be a misattribution. Possibly by his son, also Thomas Goodwin? Lambeth Palace Library copy has ms. attribution to 'Mr. Goodwin, son of the dissenter'.
