"The draught of a bill, prepared to have been offered to the Parliament, in the reign of King William and Queen Mary. Anno Dom. 1691. for the restraining of plurality's of benifices with cure of souls. With reasons for the said bill." has separate titlepage on leaf X6r and pagination but continuous register; the imprint reads: "Norvvich: printed by Fr. Collins, 1710". Within this section, "Reasons for the foregoing bill" (caption title at head of leaf Y6r; 30 p. at end) also has separate pagination but continuous register.
Signatures: A-Z⁸ (Y3 blank) 2A⁴.
The text of the first part is continuous despite the pagination.
