Note

Here Grigor Marzwanets'i reuses Christophe Van Sichem's woodcuts by replacing his signature with that of his. Thus this edition demonsrates that the wood cuts of CVS first used in the Oskanian Bible of 1666 had found their way to Constantinople by the beginning of the 18th century.

Dark brown calf, blind tooled roll borders and faintly tooled fleurons forming centrepieces. Raised end bands with some of the threading visible due to damage to the spine. White paper spine label with ms. inscription: «Տօնացոյց» [Calendar].
