Imperfect copy: The first 4 pages are missing, including the title page. The front and back leaves are in ms.in ink in clear cursive hand. The front text is a eulogy whilst the text on the end paper is part of the colophon of the printed vesion beginning with « Արդեամբք եւ ծախիւք... [and ending] բաժին եղիցի ի տեառնէ աստուծոյ: Ողջ լէրուք:Ամէն».

Annotations and drawings throughout: Recto of flyleaf bears pencil drawings of three church towers and an inscription in red ink: 1843. Red ink blotches and a drawing of a face. On the rear pastedown, Georgian letters, the first three letters of the Armenian alphabet and the name Grigore.
