[“This directory is in memory of Farus son of Yarut’iwn son of T’oros. Let God remember them kindly. Amen. 1857 July 14th. T’oros Yarut’iwn”].
Dark brown calf, blind tooled roll borders and faintly tooled fleurons forming centrepieces. Raised end bands with some of the threading visible due to damage to the spine.

Inscription on the verso of the rear flyleaf in cursive script: «Շնորհիւ եւ ողորմութեամբ Տեառն Մերոյ Յիսուսի Քրիստոսի եւ բարեխօսութեամբ արագահոս վկային իւրոյ Սրբոյն Մինասայ յանկ լիեալ աւարտեցաւ ի լաւ եւ ընտիր որինակէ տպումն գրքի այսորիկ որ կոչի Տօնացոյց» [By the grace and mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ and intercession of his martyr Minas the printing of this from a choice and good sample was completed]. It repeats the principal colophion but does not give the date.
