On the verso of the title page there is an acrostic verse of 8 lines in four columns spelling out the title «ՍԱՂՄՈՍ ԴԱՒԹԻ» [SAGHMOS DAWT’I = Psalm of David].
Note
The colophon states that this rhymed Psalter was composed in 1808 in Basra, and lists the names of those who contributed financially to its publication. This is the first publication issued by the printing press set up in Calcutta by Awet Jet’lumean.
