Anno regni Georgii Regis Magnæ Britanniæ, Franciæ & Hiberniæ, septimo. At the parliament begun and holden at Westminster, the seventeenth day of March, Anno Dom. 1714. in the first year of the reign of our sovereign lord George, by the grace of God, of Great Britain, France, and Ireland, King, defender of the faith, &c. And from thence continued by several prorogations to the eighth day of December, 1721, being the sixth session of this present parliament.

Title from title-page of first statute. This general title-page precedes each individual act, with the exception of the final act, which describes the seventh session of the fifth Parliament, 'continued by several prorogations to the thirty first day of July, 1721'.
The final six leaves contain a table that indexes the public Acts (i-xxxii) and lists private Acts, 1-34, of the sixth Parliament, which has a colophon dated 1721, and a second table that indexes the single public Act and lists the single private Acts of the seventh Parliament.
