Ownership inscription on front pastedown: «Յիշատակ է գիրքս աղօթից Ակն գիւղէն կամարկապցի խարակօց համգուցեալ մահտեսի Մարտիրոսին որդուն մահտեսի Գրիգորին որդոյն մահտեսի Գեւորքին Յակոբին, Մարտիրոսին, Յօհանին, Պողոսինշ Մէլքէսեդինշ Պետրոսին եւ համայն զաւակոցն բարիս եւ վայելումն տացէ եւ կեանս երկրաւորս պարգեւեսցէ եղեւ թվին հայոց ՌԲՃԼԹ [=1790] Հոկտեմբերի ԺԲ[12] ին օրն Ուրբաթ ձեռամբ ծառայ Մաթոսին» [Written by Mat’os on the 15th October, 1790 states that the book in memory the deceased Martiros from the village of Akn]. Below the main inscription is written: «Մեղսալի ոգաց հող Մատթեոսս Գրեցի աստ տեղն որ է Մաթեոս Ծառայ Հիսուսի» [I Mat'eos servant of Jesus wrote this].

Amen and forever]; 1772 Յուլիս 12 [1772 July 12th]; «Վասն նորոգման գրքուս կողքն թուղտ յալտող միջի պօշ թուղթտն նոր շինեալ տվաք ի վայելում Ղարակօզեանց մահտեսի մարտիրոսին յորդիս կենդանեաց» [Statement recording repairing the paper for the enjoyment of Gharakozeants’ Mahtesi Martiros].
