The text of the original was published by Hody with the title "Anglicani novi schismatis redargutio" [Wing H2337], and ascribed by him to Nicephorus Callistus Xanthopulus. In fact, written by an unknown author who lived about 1237. Cf. BM.

The 'oe' of 'Phoenix' in imprint is made with an 'oe' digraph.
