"Composed, translated, arranged and formed with expression by verses and evidences in the words of the holy scriptures for the use of those who love their souls, and who earnestly wish the salvation and the joy of everlasting. Printed in effect, in action, in expence, and in careful examination by the above-mentioned author."

Note

The leaf of plates has a verse from Matthew 7:19 in a decorative frame on the recto and a portrait of the author on the verso, and has imprint line: Calcutta "Union Press".
