An Act for taking of affidavits in the countrey, to be made use of in the Courts of Kings Bench, Common-Pleas and Exchequer.
Other title: Anno Regni Caroli II. Regis Angliæ, Scotiæ, Franciæ & Hiberniæ, vicesimo nono. At the Parliament begun at Westminster the eighth day of May, anno Dom. 1661. ... And from thence continued by several prorogations to the 15th of February 1676/7.
