Seventeenth-century Oxford dark brown calf; blind tooled triple fillet border; blind stamped centrepiece (Ker no. vi); traces of ties; blind tooled double fillet on spine, with two panels of hatching at head and tail; red morocco spinel label with gold tooled double fillet and title; four raised bands; red sprinkled edges; manuscript pastedowns. Dates from c.1605.
