[Copy 4] Bookplate (designed by Craig, unsigned) of Robert Temperley, one of Craig's teachers at Bradfield; with a loose copy of the bookplate and a signed card from Craig dated 17 July 1933, largely reminiscing about the late Paul Cooper. Two leaves of loosely inserted typescript notes containing "some suggested verbal amendments for consideration in preparing for second edition".
