Deckle edges; plates mounted on grey paper leaves with captions printed on tissue-paper guards.
Publisher's cream cloth binding with overlap on the fore-edges; thick gilt fillet border and circular centre ornament with initials "ET 1931" and bouquet motif on upper cover; gilt spine title with "GC" device.
