Inscription on front flyleaf: received from London 28/12/1906. R. Stewart. Two sheets containing a list of dates within the documents have been inserted, with Stewart's signature.
Eton College Library booklabel on front pastedown with inscription: Given by Mr Amyas Warre, Nov 1925. Amyas Warre was the brother of Francis Warre-Cornish, Vice-Provost of Eton 1893-1916.
