Contents: Pages 136-139 of the volume for 1900 contain a review of the Purcell Operatic Society production of Dido and Æneas with a woodcut illustration of Edward Gordon Craig's design for the witches' cave, and the advertisements bound in at the end of the volume include a full-page advertisement for 'The page', vols. 1-4.

Accompanied by the cover, frontispiece portrait and title page of the issue for 1899, together with a loose plate of the 'Alms House Hampstead' presumably from the same publication, containing on the blank versos pencil sketches of male and female figures by Edward Gordon Craig. The sketches are noted on the 1899 cover in the hand of Edward Anthony Craig. Previously loosely inserted at the end, removed to separate envelope.
Also accompanied by a photograph of a drawing of a female figure by Edward Gordon Craig dated 1900; an article on the Purcell Operatic Society extracted from 'The Kensington', March 1901, with reference in Edward Anthony Craig's hand; and copies of the two items relating to Gordon Craig extracted from another copy of 'The Hampstead annual' for 1900, the advertisement for 'The page' also with a reference in Edward Anthony Craig's hand. Previously loosely inserted at the end, removed to separate envelope.
