Edward Gordon Craig's interleaved and extensively annotated copy, with numerous inserted and tipped-in extracts from other catalogues, advertisement cards, ms. notes. According to his ms. note on blank leaves at front of volume, Craig carried the catalogue, issued in 1914, with him when travelling in Italy, France, Germany and England, adding further titles on the interleaves.
