A compilation of three heraldic manuscripts in the British Museum, listed on the verso of the title-page: MS Cotton Vespasian E VIII, MS Harley 1384, MS Harley 6119. Copied by the stained-glass artist and writer on heraldry Thomas Willement (1786-1871).

British Library Cotton Vespasian E VIII is described on the online catalogue (accessed April 2018) as 'The whole Prophesie of Scotland; drawings of the royal crests of Scotland, France and England, and crests of the Scottish nobility', dating from the 2nd half of the 16th century.
The second item is described as British Library Harley MS 1384 fol. 79, which is described in 'A catalogue of the Harleian manuscripts in the British Museum' (London: 1808) as containing 'Atchievements of K. James VI. of Scotland; & of the Scots Nobility. These are also hastily tricked by the same John Withie'.
The third item is described as British Library Harley MS 6119 fol. 151, which is described in 'A catalogue of the Harleian manuscripts in the British Museum' (London: 1808) as containing 'A book in 8o, with painted Arms of Emperors, foreign Kings & Princes; which reach as far as f. 56. -- The remaining part of the book consists of the kings, nobility and gentry of Scotland, with a short account of the families sometimes annex'd; f. 7 is subscribed "Henry Lily"'.
