This edition with the Leiden imprint is the same as the edition with the Amsterdam, 1666-68, imprint (1667 on the engraved title-pages), i.e. a reissue with new title-pages. Cf. Grässe, IV, 270.

Seventeenth-century English dark brown sprinkled calf; blind tooled double fillet border with two further lines at spine edge; gold tooled decorative roll on board edges; blind tooled double fillet on spine; red morocco spine label with gold tooled double fillet and twine roll, and gold tooled letters (lost from vol. 1); five raised bands; brown and red sprinkled edges.
All three engravd title-pages have lost their imprint details through trimming by the binder.
