Imprint from colophon (leaf 32r), which reads in full: "Expliciunt auree Summule in lib. physico[rum] Fratris Guilielmi de villa Occham Anglie: academie nominaliu[m] principis: sacraru[m] litteraru[m] p[ro]fessoris: ex ordine mino[rum]: correcte vigili studio ac labore venerabilis patris Fratris Augustini de Filizano ordinis Sancti Augustini sacre theologie professoris. Impresseq[ue] Venetiis per Lazarum de Soardis. Anno .1506. Die .17. Augusti. Cum priuilegio." The name of the corrector is given as "Augustinus Fiuizanensis" in the heading to his address to the reader on the verso of the title (pi1v); the modern name of the town is Fivizzano.
Final verso contains two poems addressed to the editor, Marcus de Benevento, printed above woodcut device of Lazarus de Soardis with initials L.S.O.
