Seventeenth century limp parchment case; tawed leather thongs used to sew the folded parchment to itself on front and rear; two sewn bands; yap edges, now flattened; deckled edges; title written in ink on head edge; vellum stub with ?fifteenth century hand at rear.
Two leaves signed P bound in at the front of the volume bearing a list of errata from both the 'Problemata' and the 'Tabulae' of Regiomontanus.
Copious annotation in an early italic hand on title-page.
