Fm.9.11(09)
A defence of the Athanasian Creed, and the ever-blessed Trinity, against the asprsions [sic] lately cast upon them by the freethinkers, Arians, Socinians, deists, and all other enemies of our holy religion. Shewing first, the conformity and harmony of the Athanasian Creed with that of the Apostles. Secondly, a paraphrase on every distinct part of the Creed, explaining the sense of it, and proving it the only rule whereby we can be saved. Thirdly, a vindication of it from the general objections rais'd against its authority and use, by the Reverend Dr. Clark, Mr. Whiston, &c. Dedicated to the Right Reverend Father in God, the Lord Bishop of Bristol; by Conyers Place, A.M..
