With 2 Christmas cards from the author to Brian Farrelly and a slip of paper with an ink sketch of a dentist with pencil annotation "drawn by Edward Craig in 1974" and a pen sketch of an Ionian capital on the reverse, loosely inserted; also collection card from Thornton's bookshop in Oxford for a copy of the book, and 2 press cuttings containing obituaries of Edward Craig and John O'Connor; also exhibition catalogue: Theatre : an exhibition of 20th century theatrical designs and drawings arranged by Christopher Spencer ; Annely Juda Fine Art, London, 2 Oct.-2 Nov. 1974 [and other galleries in Cologne, Basel, and Milan].
