Book of a project organised in autumn 2018 by Eton School Library in remembrance of the centenary of the end of the First World War on 11 November 1918 and the 80th anniversary of the opening of the Macnaghten Library on 10 December 1938, a collection of books about the war given to Eton as a war memorial by Sir Eugen Millington-Drake.
Biographical notes about the 53 men from Hugh Macnaghten's house and 8 friends of Eugen Millington-Drake from other houses who fell in the war, house master Hugh Macnaghten, and his dame Mrs d'Almaine, written by the 53 boys in the house in September 2018, the staff and boy keepers of School Library, and the house master and dame.
