16th-century calf binding; blind tooled roll borders; concentric frames; evidence of clasp closures; blind tooled roll edges; blind tooled spine embellishments; five raised bands. Ker suggests this is an Oxford binding by Dominic Pinart made in or soon after 1590 (Ker, MMBL II, p. 785).
ECL set has v. 11 in the 1562 edition.
