"Confutatio stultissimæ Burdonum fabulæ, auctore I.R. Batavo, iuris studioso.": pp. 145-411. According to BM STC, Low Countries 1601-1621, H52, the author described as I.R. Batavus, i.e. Joannes Rutgers, is in fact Scaliger.
