The title-page of pars.1 is etched and engraved, and undated (the dedication is dated 1629).
Pars.2 has a separate dated title-page: "Guidonis Pancirolli JC. clarissimi Nova reperta sive Rerum memorabilium recens inventarum, & veteribus incognitarum, pars posterior; ex Italico Latinè reddita, nec non commentariis illustrata & locis propè innumeris postremùm aucta ab Henrico Salmuth Ambergensium syndico emerito. Cum indice rerum & verborum copiosissimo. Francofurti, Sumptibus Godefridi Tampachii, Typis Casparis Rôtelii. M. DC. XXXI".
The first Latin edition translated from the Italian by Salmuth was published 1599-1602; the first Italian edition was not published until 1612 (cf. NUC pre-1956).
The intaglio title page is signed: "Sebastian Furck. fecit".
