Early 18th century mid brown calf; gold tooled decorative roll border, with eagle tool at each corner; gold tooled double fillet on board edges; gold tooled thistle and tulip fleurons with single fillet and dot roll on spine; red morocco spine label with gold tooled double fillet and title; six raised bands; gilt edges; red, blue and green nonpareil marbled endpapers.
