2 volumes (vi, 519, iii ; ii, 516, iii leaves) : parchment, ill. (initials) ; 28 x 19 cm.

The 47 books of the Old Testament are in the usual order with the usual prologues; the commentary is absent throughout 2 Eza and Esther xi-xvi, but continuous elsewhere.
Leviticus, Proverbs and Minor Prophets begin new quires (MS 28, f. 102 and MS 29, ff. 1and 399). The two prologues to Joel are not in the usual order and those to Jonah are run together as one.
The running title to Lamentations 5 is 'Prologus', and the commentary to Lamentations occupies MS 29, ff. 242-69, many leaves being entirely filled with commentary. The commentary to 2 Chronicles includes a commentary on the Prayer of Manasses.
Contemporary additions in the margins of MS 28, ff. 428-510 (Psalms) and MS 29, ff. 59v-71 (Ecclesiasticus), consisting of an author's name or initial in red, a sentence in red beginning 'Quod' and a commentary on the sentence in black; see Ker for further detail.
