Leaves 1-96 in a composite volume of ff. iv, 240, ii, containing six works by or attributed to Augustine, and the Sermo Arrianorum (ff. 55-57); final verso is blank.

Ker notes that the same pieces occur in the same order in Salisbury Cathedral MS 128, late 11th century, and all but the first work ("De adulterinis coniugiis", ff. 1-17v) in British Library, Royal 5 A. xiii from Worcester Cathedral.
Strong parchment.
Written space: 225 x 115-130 mm.
34-39 long lines.
Ruling with a hard point.
Collation: 12 quires of 8.
Written in a good narrow hand, the same throughout: hyphens nearly horizontal; the flex is occasionally used as a mark of punctuation (f. 9, lines 27, 30) but has perhaps been added.
Red or green initials, the latter sometimes with a little ornament in red.
Capital letters in the ink of the text sometimes filled with red.
Secundo folio: Cum hec.
Rebound at Eton in the early 17th century with two other manuscripts, here catalogued separately (qq.v.).
Leaf iv of the composite volume is a medieval parchment leaf, inscribed "Donum Guilielmi Hormani quondam socii huius colle (sic: cancelled) contubernii" with a list of "Contenta" in the same hand covering ff. 1-96 only.
