Late 16th century mid brown calf; blind tooled triple fillet border with gold stamped armorial centrepiece of Eton College; remains of tacks for chain and clasps, left to right; five raised bands decorated with blind tooled fillets; gold titling on green leather on spine; yellow edges; partially rebacked; one flyleaf at the front and back of book; piece of manuscript used for spine support.
