16th century English dark brown calf; two roll-tooled frames (Oldham HM.a (2) 771 and a roll with a small flower) decorated with triple blind fillet; small gold decorations at the corners of the inner frame and at the centre of the boards; gauffered gold edges; six raised bands decorated with blind fillets; gold titling on spine; one flyleaf on front and back on book; on the front flyleaf the manuscript list of the two books.
