Four leaves of the commentaries on Nahum and Malachi are missing after f. 11; single leaf missing after f. 24; single quires missing after ff. 8, 12 and 35; two quires missing after f. 20; in total 45 leaves, or over half the text.

The commentary on Daniel ends imperfectly at 'persarum et'.

The initial A has been cut from f. 83.
