?19th-century three-quarter speckled calf with pinkish-red sand-grain cloth over millboard; the calf outlined by double blind fillets; narrow squares to boards. Spine smooth, with gilt titling, and gold-tooled fleur-de-lys at head and tail outlined by double gilt fillets; false headband of alternating green and purple thread. Textblock speckled red; endpapers plain.
