London, printed by His Majesties printer for Scotland, anno Dom. 1639" by James Hamilton, Duke of Hamilton, has separate title page and pagination; register is continuous. The title page verso has the Duke's arms. Variant: lacking the arms.
A variant of the edition with "sold at the Gun in Ivie-lane" in imprint; bookseller's name from STC.
