Sammelband. 19th-century half leather with brown marbled paper over pasteboard. Spine flat and rounded, divided into six compartments by transverse gilt fillets; second compartment from head with onlaid red morocco, with gilt lettering ("Plays"). Textblock trimmed and rounded; endpapers comprising at each end a pastedown and two free endpapers (of laid paper), undecorated.
