?17th-century brown smooth calfskin over pasteboard. Three blind fillets along the border of the covers. Hatched at head and tail. Undecorated spine with three sewing supports and modern shalfmark label; blind fillets over end-band. Damaged leather on the head-band and second sewing support. Single head- and end-bands of plain thread. Textblock rounded. Endpapers of undecorated laid paper and printed waste as pastedowns (an unidentified text in English, concerning theology and the legitimacy of the Church of Rome).
