19th-century quarter-bound blue morocco and blue cloth over millboards. Covers decorated with gilt fillets separating leather and cloth. Spine with five raised bands, decorated with gilt fillets, tools, and titling ("History of Cambridge University"; "Ackermann"; "Vol. [number]"; "1815"). Textblock trimmed. Endpapers of marbled (pastedowns and facing flyleaves) and undecorated paper; three flyleaves at both ends of the textblock.
