Binding

18th-century calfskin over pasteboards. Covers undecorated, save for gilt roll on board edges. Spine rebacked with five raised bands, decorated with blind fillets and gilt titling over red morocco label ("Grammar of the Italian language"). Textblock trimmed and sprinkled red. Endpapers of undecorated laid paper; two flyleaves at both ends of the textblock.
